A man whose body was dumped on the Blue Horizon Bay Road earlier this month has finally been identified.
Police Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the 21-year-old Calvin Adams, who lived in Ext 36 in Bethelsdorp, was formally identified this week.
According to his parents, they last saw him on Sunday, two days before his body was found.
A motorist discovered Adams' body on Tuesday the 7th of May at about 8 am.
Naidu says his hands and feet were bound and he had several stab wounds on his head.
She says they are still waiting for the results of a post mortem to determine the exact cause of death.
A murder investigation is currently underway and no arrests have been made.
