Eastern Cape police are investigating the murder of a man whose body was found in the Paterson policing area on Saturday.
Police spokesperson, Captain Khaya Tonjeni, said the deceased’s legs were tied with rope.
He said a member of the public notified the police about a body lying in the bushes.
“When they arrived the caller pointed to them out where the body was lying, down a cliff,” he said.
Tonjeni said it was “possible that the body was dumped in the area.”
The identity of the deceased was not revealed nor the cause of death.
