The case of an Mthatha woman accused of murder and concealment of birth will continue in the city's magistrate's court on Thursday.
Thirty-year-old Milice Jacobs was arrested in February after police found four infant bodies, a foetus and two placentas frozen in freezers at her Mthatha home.
It is alleged that the offences were committed between 2010 and December 2014.
Jacobs is facing 4 counts of murder and one of concealment of birth.
She's out on bail of R5 000.
A trial date could be set on Thursday - but it all depends on whether or not the National Prosecuting Authority's investigation is complete.
