Gqeberha police have once again issued a warning to mourners visiting gravesites of their loved ones at cemeteries to be cautious and vigilant of their surroundings.
This, after another woman and her son, were attacked at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Humewood.
Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the latest incident took place in the late afternoon on the 6th of August.
She said the 58-year-old woman and her son were surprised by two suspects who threatened to shoot them, even though they did not produce a firearm.
Colonel Naidu said they stole their phones and the son's jeans, jacket and shoes.
She said they then went to the victim's vehicle where they looked for more things to steal before fleeing on foot.
Colonel Naidu says, criminals have no boundaries and will lie in wait for their victims.
She urged mourners not to wear or carry expensive jewellery and goods.
