An employee at the Mossel Bay Zipline died of a heart attack on Sunday morning.
Police say the 59-year-old Marius Boshoff arrived for work at 7 am when he had a heart attack on the premises.
An ambulance was called and emergency first aid administered, but Boshoff was declared dead at the scene.
The zipline provides a ride on a cable overlooking the ocean and is the longest over-the-ocean zip line in the world.
