A 37-year-old car dealer is due to appear in the Mossel Bay Regional Court today on charges of fraud involving millions of rands.
Wayne Anthony was re-arrested recently by the Hawk's anti-corruption unit.
In March this year, Anthony allegedly pretended to have a buyer for the used vehicle of a client.
He allegedly sold the vehicle for R125 000 but never gave the money to the owner.
During this incident, Anthony was out on bail on similar charges amounting to millions.
Anthony's bail was revoked following his re-arrest in April this year.
He was on Friday released on a warning and will be placed under house arrest until his trial starts on the 16th of August. He will be back in court on the 16th of August.
Spokesperson for the Hawks, Captain Lloyd Ramovha, says Anthony has been using the same modus operandi since 2012.
The Serious Commercial Crime Unit of the Hawks in George is appealing to people who might have fallen victim to Anthony to contact the IO-Warrant Officer, Tolken on 044 803 4514.
