More gang violence has been reported in Port Elizabeth's northern areas.
Police spokesperson, Capt. Johan Rheeder says a number of unknown suspects fired several shots on a notorious gang residence in Helenvale on Saturday evening.
He says 14 spent cartridges were found at the scene.
Rheeder says there was no one in the house, and no injuries were reported.
He says the suspects fled in a white Toyota Corolla.
Earlier on Saturday, shots were also fired at a drug smuggling house in Schauderville.
Rheeder says several spent cartridges were found at the scene.
