Missing Patensie man returns home

A 56-year-old man from Patensie, who went missing on Friday night, arrived safely back at his home on Sunday morning.

Police spokesperson, Capt. Gerda Swart said George Charles Ferreira was reported missing on Saturday afternoon.

According to his family, he left his home and did not return.

Swart said in a brief statement that he arrived at his house just before 11 am on Sunday.

No further details have been released.
