The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality says the traffic directorates three offices as well as libraries remain closed as a result of ongoing industrial action by staff.
Municipality spokesperson, Mthumbanzi Mniki, has reminded all the people who have booked appointments to keep their documentation as proof.
He says all appointments will be rescheduled.
On Wednesday, the municipality said it had reached an agreement with striking workers in their electricity and energy directorate ending their industrial action.
Executive mayor, Benson Fihla, has established a task team to address the industrial action.
