Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will launch its traffic fines amnesty programme on Wednesday.
The municipality says the traffic fines amnesty will afford the drivers who have unpaid traffic fines an opportunity to apply to the Municipal Court to get amnesty on the payment of their fines.
The amnesty programme will be unveiled by executive mayor Benson Fihla, accompanied by safety and security portfolio chairperson, Thembinkosi Mafana and the Metro's entire political leadership.
The launch takes place at the municipal court at the PE traffic department.
