Memorial service for three Nelson Mandela Bay councillors

 The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will hold a memorial service today for the three councillors who were killed in an accident on Sunday night.

The service will be held at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University's Missionvale campus.

The civic funeral for councillors Pumeza Lose and Mxolisi Gumenge will take place on Tuesday, while councillor Noncedo Nqondi will be buried on Tuesday.

The councillors were returning from East London where they attended a course at Fort Hare University.

Eleven other councillors were injured, three of them seriously.
