Memorial service for EC victims of Nigeria church-building tragedy

Eastern Cape Premier, Phumulo Masualle and his Executive Council will be joined by various leaders today as they lead the community in commemorating the lives of those who fell in the Lagos, Nigeria, church building disaster of 12 September.
A special Memorial Service is about to get underway in Queenstown at Kwa-Mlungisi Township's Indoor sports centre.
Twelve of the 84 South Africans killed in the collapse of the guest house belonging to the Synagogue Church Of All Nations were from the Eastern Cape.
These are the fellow Eastern Cape citizens confirmed to have passed on at this tragedy:
1. Nobahle Gcathazo,
2. Adam Mohamed,
3. Nkosana Mzinyathi,
4. Vathiswa Madikiza,
5. Phumzile Mpondo,
6. Thomas Matsila,
7. Sidima Jordan,
8. Pumza Masiza,
9. Nosomi Mfuniselwa,
10. Louis Lekgetho,
11. Ponko Masiba, and
12. Janetta Jewel.
