The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro says they need a 24-hour shutdown period to perform the final connection of the Nooitgedagt Water Treatment Works.

The Metro says the complete shutdown is scheduled for Tuesday the 29th of March.

This will allow the contractor on-site to connect the new Phase 3 upgrade section into the existing Transfer System.

Westering
