Eastern Cape police are still searching for four armed men, who attacked an elderly couple on their farm at Salem near Grahamstown over the weekend.
Spokesperson, Captain Milanda Coetzer says the 70 year old farmer and his 71 year old wife were injured when they were attacked with blunt instruments on Friday evening.
She says the men were seen leaving the scene in a white Nissan hardbody bakkie without a canopy.
The vehicle's registration number is HBH 029 EC
Coetzer says the men fled with all the electronic goods on the farm, including television sets and laptops.
