Man wounded in Malabar gang -shooting

Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of attempted murder following a shooting in Malabar, extension six.

Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says a 30-year old man was approached by a suspect at his home on Wednesday night

Janse Van Rensburg says the victim was shot in the abdomen and taken to Livingstone Hospital.

The incident is believed to be gang-related.

The shooter is known to the police but no arrests have yet been made.
