Port Elizabeth police have arrested four men in connection with a robbery which took place at a garage ATM in Korsten.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says they responded to a call of suspicious activity at the garage located on the corner of Kempston and Harrower Road at about 8 am on Friday morning.
She says they were informed that the men who had robbed a man of his bank card and withdrawn some of his money had just left in a silver VW Polo.
Janse Van Rensburg says police spotted the car soon after in Harrower Road and searched them.
The stolen bank card and five thousand rand in cash were recovered.
The men aged between 22 and 28 were arrested and will appear before the Port Elizabeth Magistrate on Monday.
