Man in Uniondale Court following discovery of body in Langkloof

A 37 year old man will appear in the Uniondale Magistrate Court on Tuesday on a charge of murder after the body of a woman was found near Mark Street at Harlem in the Langkloof on Sunday morning. 

Southern Cape Police Spokesperson captain Malcolm Pojie told Algoa FM News that a pedestrian found the half naked body of the 35-year old victim in the veld.

Police suspect that the woman was hit with a rock and the possibility of rape is also being investigated. 

The victim was found covered with a pink sheet and the suspect was arrested shortly after the body was discovered.
