A 24-year-old Port Elizabeth man has been found guilty of the murder of off duty policeman, Devon Hattingh, three years ago.
Charles Nqaba was convicted in the city's High Court on Wednesday.
However, his co-accused Jabulani Mkaba, was acquitted of all charges.
The pair were charged in connection with the shooting of Hattingh in Motherwell in July 2014.
Hattingh had been escorting a truck to a house in Motherwell for security purposes when he was approached by two men and shot.
