Port Elizabeth police have confiscated dagga worth about R40-thousand from a SA Roadlink passenger bus.
Spokesperson, Captain Andre Beetge told Algoa FM News that a passenger was arrested on Saturday morning.
He says its suspected that the dagga came from Johannesburg to be sold in Port Elizabeth.
Beetge says the police acted on a tip-off, and waited for the bus on the N2 near Coega, where it was pulled from the road.
He says the passengers were ordered off the bus, and it was searched.
Beetge says the 29-year suspect will appear in court on Monday.
