A man is expected to appear in the George Magistrates Court on Monday for allegedly raping his girlfriend twice, while she was passed out.
Police spokesperson Captain Malcolm Pojie says the 46-year-old woman was drinking with her boyfriend and another friend on Saturday in Parkdene.
He says when she became intoxicated she decided to go to bed.
Pojie says it is alleged that the victim woke up with someone violating her but she fell asleep again.
He says later she woke up again and found her boyfriend on top of her busy raping her a second time.
The victim opened a rape charge at the Conville Police station.
Meanwhile, a 46-year-old man will appear in the same court on Monday for allegedly raping a 26-year-old mentally challenged woman.
Pojie says the date and time of the alleged offence are unknown but the victim disclosed her ordeal to a friend of the family saying that the suspect arranged to meet secretly with him in the bushes near Mission Street in Pacaltsdorp.
He allegedly raped her and paid her R50 to keep it a secret.
