EFF leader Julius Malema will be back in court today, as his battle with the taxman continues.
Monday is the return date for a for a ruling on whether the provisional sequestration order against him should be made a final order of court or set aside.
City Press reported on Sunday that the SA Revenue Service will ask the courts to extend the provisional order for another two months while it investigates who has been making his monthly payments to SARS.
