The Eastern Cape department of Local Government and Traditional Affairs is visiting Graaf-Reinet on Sunday, as part of a monitoring assessment and evaluation programme.
MEC Mlibo Qhoboshiyane is leading a senior delegation of government officials to Camdeboo local municipality to deal with community matters.
The programme includes a door to door campaign, after the department mobilised community development workers as part of a community listening campaign over the past seven days.
The deparetment says the programme is targeting all municipalities, with the next stop being Tsolwana Local Municipality.
