Life sentence for killer of Cookhouse farmer

A life sentence was handed down by the Supreme Court in Grahamstown on Thursday for the man convicted of the murder of Cookhouse farmer Jak Troskie.
Troskie was murdered on his farm Bassonsberg in December 2013.

Luyanda Ximiya was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder plus another 35 years for robbery with aggravating circumstances and for being in possession of unlicenced firearms and ammunition.
