An Eastern Cape Grade 11 learner's case against Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga about the condition of her school, has been provisionally removed from the roll in the Bhisho High Court.
The lobby group Equal Education says they're still waiting for the Department of Basic Education to submit their signed copy of the settlement agreement reached in August.
The matter will then be placed back on the court roll to be made an order of court.
Equal Education says the learner, Palesa Manyokole, initiated legal proceedings against the Moshesh Senior Secondary School's principal, its governing body, the provincial and national education departments, and Minister Motshekga.
