Kwazakhele SAPS appeal for underwear donation for school children

Kwazakhele police are appealing to the public to donate underwear for their 'Adopt a school' project.
Police spokesperson, Warrant officer Thembi Gwe says children who go to school without wearing underwear, might become vulnerable to sexual abuse.
She says they are also looking for one hundred pairs of shoes for the children at the Soweto Primary School in Zwide.
"We looking at 191 for boys and 201 sets for girls that we can donate. We believe if these kids are going to school without underwear they might become vulnerable to sexual offences."
