Koukamma Municipal officials in court for alleged tender fraud

High profile Koukamma municipal officials and a businessman have been granted bail after appearing in the Port Elizabeth Commercial Crimes Court.
Koukamma Muncipal manager Sabelo Nkuhlu and his co-accused, Koukamma community director Thomazile Sompani and businessman John Busakwe, were granted bail of a thousand rand each.
They face charges of alleged tender fraud involving an amount of R100 000, related to a project to revitalise the Storms River West area.
