The vice principal of a primary school in Knysna who is charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old learner, has made another court appearance.
He was not asked to plead and his bail of R4 000 was extended when he appeared in the magistrate's court on Wednesday.
The teacher was allegedly caught red-handed by the school principal who reported the incident to the child's mother.
She then laid charges with the police.
The case against the 51-year-old teacher was postponed to January 17th when a trial date will be set.
