Knysna police have made an urgent plea for information in a hijacking case reported on Friday.
Captain Pojie says three men hijacked and robbed a woman who had just returned home after withdrawing an undisclosed amount of money from the bank.
He says the men fled in the woman's vehicle which was later found abandoned in bushes next to the N2 highway near Kruisfontein, Knysna.
Pojie says the woman was not injured during the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their nearest police station.
