Kirkwood woman found dead next to road

Kirkwood police are investigating case of culpable homicide, after the body of an unknown women, possibly in her thirties, was found next to a tar road outside the town.

WO Gerda Swart says she had an open wound to her head and bruises on her left arm.

She says it is alleged that a vehicle might have bumped into her and drove off.

Anyone who might be able to assist with information, can contact Kirkwood police.
