The 71-year-old Denise Bartlett, who was abducted from a house in Sterkstroom on Tuesday night, has been found alive.
Eastern Cape police spokesperson, Captain Namhla Mdleleni says two suspects were arrested.
It's not yet clear if Bartlett sustained any injuries and the investigation continues.
Captain Mdleleni told Algoa FM news, however, that Bartlett was found in the Sterkstroom area.
She was overpowered by two men in her house, which is near her business, on Tuesday evening - and then apparently bundled into the boot of her car.
The abandoned vehicle, a Chevy Spark, was found a short while later in Queenstown.
