Justice department to open small claims court in Fort Beaufort

 The Department of Justice will be opening a small claims court in Fort Beaufort.

The Department says it will be opened by the Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Andries Nel.

It says the opening of the Small Claims Court in Fort Beaufort is yet another milestone in the Department's resolve to bringing access to justice closer to the people.
