Judgement expected in bail application of PE rape accused

 Judgement is expected today in the bail application of a Rowallan Park couple arrested for the rape of a teenage girl.

The 38 year old man and 37 year old woman from Rowallan Park were arrested on the first of March by members of the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit.

The girl and her nine year old brother have since been placed with a family outside Nelson Mandela Bay.

Meanwhile, a third suspect arrested in Cape Town in connection with the case is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.

Its believed the man was arrested at Kensington Police station.
