Provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Marinda Mills, says in a statement one of the suspects, was arrested during the week in Kwanobuhle, and appeared in court on Thursday. He is the 31 year old Luthando Siyoli. His next court appearance is on the 7th of May and he will remain in custody.

She says the second suspect, a 28-year old man was arrested in Uitenahge on Wednesday night, and will appear in court on Monday.

Algoa FM News reporter, Raahil Sain is at the PE magistrate's court.

"The detective team involved in the murder investigation have made a breakthrough. A 31 year old suspect was arrested earlier this week and will appear in court later today. A 28 year old man was arrested on Wednesday night and will appear in court on Monday"
