The families of Jayde Panayiotou and Reeva Steenkamp will be taking part in a march on the Port Elizabeth beachfront on Wednesday in honour of the two murdered women.
They'll also be showing their support for the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children campaign which ends on Thursday.
Jayde's sister Toni Inggs writes in a social media posting that her and Reeva's families, as well as other people who have lost loved ones in violent crimes, will take part in the march.
Women's league representatives and other concerned members of the community have also indicated that they'll be taking part in the march from Hobie Beach to Pollock Beach which begins at 5pm on Wednesday.
