A 25-year-old bus driver has appeared in the Oudtshoorn magistrates court on ten counts of culpable homicide.
Police Captain Malcolm Pojie says the case against Gaurbner Jovere was postponed until the 18th of June.
The bus was en route from Cape Town to Queenstown.
