Huge cocaine bust outside Mossel Bay

A man has been arrested carrying cocaine worth more than R900,000 near Mossel Bay.

Western Cape police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie, says they found the 3kg of drugs in a sports bag on on a bus which was pulled over on the N2 on sunday.

The bus had been travelling from Cape Town to Durban.

The 34-year-old man is due to appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
