The Eastern Cape Education MEC, Mandla Makupula, will oversee a handover ceremony of 11 specially designed buses to 9 special schools in the province today.

Pulumani says each bus is built according to unique specifications to be able to meet the requirements of each individual school's requirements.
He says this is an annual top-up for all those special schools' whose fleets require additional stock to meet their learners' needs.
The cost of the consignment of 11 buses amounts to R7.5m.
