Police in Great Brak River are still searching for three suspects following an armed robbery at a shoe factory.
Correspondent Louise Karsten reports that the suspects allegedly held employees at gunpoint at the Watson Shoe Factory on Thursday.
Employees were locked inside while the suspects took an undisclosed sum of money out of the safe and cash register.
The three men fled in a yellow Nissan Micra which was found abandoned shortly after the incident.
Police are investigating a case of business robbery.
Meanwhile, two teenagers who allegedly assaulted an 82-year-old woman in a farmhouse in Herbertsdale two weeks ago, remain in custody.
The two, aged 17 years and 18 years, indicated to the Mossel Bay Magistrate Court on Thursday that they will not be applying for bail.
They allegedly attacked the elderly victim on the 7th of this month, hitting and cutting her with garden shears.
Police said they fled with cellphones, amongst other things, and were arrested that same evening by the police members.
They will be back in court again in December.
