Gqeberha taxi owner shot and killed in Rowallan Park

Gqeberha police are searching for a murder suspect who shot and killed a 51-year-old man in Rowallan Park on Friday evening.

Spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg says it is alleged that the victim, Mzukisi Goba asked the driver of his taxi to meet with him at his home.

She says while he was seated in the taxi with the driver, an unknown man approached and fired several shots at him.

Goba was fatally wounded and died at the scene.

The motive for the attack is unknown.
