The well-known George dentist who allegedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy earlier this year briefly appeared in the George Magistrate's Court in Friday.
The matter was however transferred to the Thembalethu Regional Court where he has to appear on September 14 this year.
The 43-year-old father of three, who was in December last year sentenced to four years under house arrest following his conviction on several charges including sex with a minor, is back in the dock following the latest incident which allegedly happened on April 11 during a sleepover at his Harold's Bay home.
He was arrested on April 17 and subsequently released on R5000 bail.
The State indicated that the investigation had been completed in the meantime.
