The well-known George dentist who allegedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy earlier this year briefly appeared in the George Magistrate's Court in Friday.
The matter was transferred to the George Regional Court and was postponed to November for a trial date to be set.
The 44-year-old father of three, who was in December last year sentenced to four years under house arrest following his conviction on several charges including sex with a minor, is back in the dock following the latest incident which allegedly happened on April 11 during a sleepover at his Harold’s Bay home.
He was arrested on April 17 and subsequently released on R5000 bail.His bail was extended on Friday.
