Police have confirmed that the body of another fisherman was found on Friday at Beachview on Port Elizabeth's outskirts.
This brings to five the number of confirmed fatalities from Sunday's boating tragedy when the chokka boat Maredon capsized off Cape St Francis.
Police have yet to release the name of the latest victim, pending formal identification by the man's family.
Seven other fishermen survived the traumatic ordeal while four others now remain listed as missing.
On Wednesday the body of 43-year-old Mbongeni Gift Zulu was found floating in the sea near Blue Horizon Bay.
On Thursday the body of 39-year-old Sihle Dlamini washed ashore at Kine Bay and later on the same day the 40-year-old Mvelisi Ncanywa.
All the men were from Jeffrey's Bay.
