At least 4 people were killed in a car accident on Friday evening on the R61 between Ngcobo and Cofimvaba in the Eastern Cape.
Police spokesperson, Capt. John Fobian says 3 cars were involved.
He says 10 people, of which 4 are critical, were admitted to All Saints hospital in Ngcobo.
The cause of the accident is not known, and police are investigating a case of culpable homocide.
