Four people have been killed in an accident on the N-6 outside Queenstown.
Provincial transport department spokesperson, Tsepo Machaea says a mini-bus taxi and a truck collided Thursday morning.
"It is alleged that the taxi driver failed to stop at a stop sign and then collided with a truck that was from Queenstown side towards Cathcart, four people died instantly and three were seriously injured" Machaea said.
Meanwhile, three woman were killed and six people injured when a bakkie overturned near Dutywa yesterday.
Police said one of the injured woman gave birth at the accident scene before being taken to hospital.
