Four suspects have been arrested for the murder of a Jeffreys Bay taxi owner and his driver.
Police spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart says the suspects, aged between 17 and 39-years-old, were arrested separately in New Brighton and Jeffreys Bay.
Swart says the breakthrough came after detectives arrested two suspects in Port Elizabeth on Thursday which led to the arrest of two more suspects in the early hours of Friday morning in Jeffreys Bay.
Mthobeli Matyumza and Sivuyile Ntontole were shot dead in a house in the Mandela Area in Jeffreys Bay on Sunday.
Swart says the motive for the murder is still unknown and no firearms were confiscated
The suspects are due to appear before the Humansdorp Magistrate's Court on Monday on two counts of murder.
