Forty six people arrested for being drunk and disorderly in EL

 Police arrested a total of 66 people for various crimes in the East London area at the weekend.
Forty six of the arrests were for drunk and disorderly behavior.

Police captain Mluleki Mbi said a 21 year old man was arrested for the murder of a 22 year old man outside a tavern in Reeston.

A 33 year old man was arrested for drunken driving following the death of two people in a car near Amalinda off ramp outside East London.

He will also face charges of culpable homicide when he appears in the East London Magistrate's court later on Monday.
