Former Springbok powerboat pilot, Lionel Ball, is back in the Grahamstown High Court today.
However, its expected that his case will be postponed to the new year pending sentencing reports requested by the state and defence counsel.
Ball was found guilty on Monday of rape and sexual exploitation.
His co-accused, Nokuzola Ntonga, was convicted of sexual exploitation of a child, conspiracy, aiding and abetting another person to commit a sexual offence, and trafficking in persons for sexual purposes.
Meanwhile, Ball's wife Salomie appeared in court in East London yesterday for allegedly stealing almost R300,000.
She was granted bail of R2,000 and will appear in court again in January.
