Five killed in horror accident near Jeffrey's Bay

Five people, believed to be from Port Elizabeth, were killed in an accident between a car and a bus on the N2 near Jeffrey's Bay on Friday evening.

Eastern Cape provincial traffic spokesperson, Tsepo Machaea told AlgoaFM News that all five occupants, including a child, of a VW Citi Golf died at the scene.

He says one person on the bus was slightly injured.

Machaea says the cause of the accident is not known, and police are investigating.
