Five killed in George bus accident

Five people were killed late on Friday afternoon when a bus collided with a bakkie near George.

The accident  happened on the R102 near the George Airport.

The road was closed  for hours while paramedics and police were on the scene.

The African Express bus collided head-on with the bakkie.

The cause of the accident is being investigated, and the identities of the deceased are not yet known.
