Five suspects have been arrested after being found with stolen VW car parts worth more than R1m.
Police spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart, said the men, in their twenties, were arrested on Saturday at premises in Market Street in Uitenhage.
She said members of the Port Elizabeth Flying Squad and Vehicle Crime Investigation Unit, who were acting on a tip-off, found two crates containing suspected stolen VW Polo headlights.
The five suspects are due to appear in the Uitenhage Magistrate's Court on Monday.
